Abrir carpeta bin o bin-x64 segun el ordenador
Conectar los cables y ejecutar:
flash_pro o flash_classic 
segun la placa que desea flashear

Open folder bin or bin-x64 acording to your computer
connect wires and execute:

according to the board you want to flash
