TvWidget 组件库-UI库

```
1. 别人更新了子模块代码这么办？
需要从远程仓库更新代码
git submodule update --remote
或者 直接进入到子模块目录下:
git pull

2. 如果在 NewSettingsPro 修改子模块这么办？
首先先 进入子模块 git add .. git commit .. git push origin master HEAD:master.
最后 返回NewSettingsPro目录，也是 git add..git commit.. git push，因为 子模块的commit id更新.
不完成上面的两步，不然下次git clone --recursive 拉不到最新的代码
