A tool to download wps document by a lightlink key

##Usage
wps.py -k KEY -o OUTPUT

Options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -k KEY, --key=KEY     the wps document short url key
  -o OUTPUT, --output=OUTPUT
                        the base dir to store download document file
