[MDT][Summary][Graph/Pynative]tensorsummary算子在graph或pynative模式定义超过6条时，数据展示是否有顺序

### Describe the current behavior / 问题描述 (Mandatory / 必填)
 使用summary算子收集tensor数据，当设置收集tensor数量超过6个时，前端展示tensor数据只展示6条，当我设置50个tensorsummary时，graph模式展示的是tag:1-5和tag为z1的tensor数据，设置pynative模式，前端展示tag是44-49，数据展示顺序是否需要统一

### Steps to reproduce the issue / 重现步骤 (Mandatory / 必填)
1. 网络中定义一个tag为"Z1"的TensorSummary()
2. 再添加tag为"X1-X50" 的TensorSummary()
3. 使用graph与pynative模式运行脚本，收集summary数据，前段MI查看

 收集tensor展示信息不丢失
