## oasis 使用说明 

### 安装 

```bash
git clone git@github.com:pingcap/oasis.git 

cd oasis 

pip install -r requirements.txt

python setup.py install 

oasis-server --config=./conf/app.conf
```

### 接口说明 

#### 创建 Job 

```bash
