#  Industrial Control System Security

#### 介绍
工控安全防护检测相关工具


1、Traffic Detection文件夹为针对工控系统的流量入侵检测相关算法


2、Intrusion Detection文件夹为针对网络拓扑入侵检测的相关模型

3、Abnormal behavior detection文件夹针对工控系统的异常行为检测

#### 软件架构
软件架构说明
本软件包含4类工控安全相关工具，其中各部分功能如下：  


1、Traffic Detection 包含机器学习和深度学习部分入侵检测算法，以及数据预处理和结果画图相关工具


2、Intrusion Detection 包含GNN、XGBOOST模型以实现基于拓扑的网络入侵检测


3、Abnormal behavior detection 包含基于transformer模型的训练以实现基于传感器时序数据驱动
的工控异常行为检测

#### 安装教程

1、Traffic Detection 相关工具需要 python 3.9 以上，pytorch 版本根据自身显卡决定

#### 使用说明

1.  pip install 相关依赖包，将文件中注释部分修改为自己的数据集路径，例如运行：python3 LSTM.
