> ArcGIS WebAppbuilder 脱离Portal for ArcGIS
> 且增加相交分析组件

#### 1.从esri 官网下载appbuilder
  https://developers.arcgis.com/web-appbuilder/
#### 2.live-server启动
> 因为业务我只需要更改2D地图的部分所以我只拷贝了那个部分
#### 3. 增加了爆管分析\连通性分析\断面分析\统计点线面\点选查询 (拼音) https://ysp2s1zs4g.feishu.cn/docs/doccnvsBw6CXkXvfwRftJdLKaod
#### 4. 注意:先启动api服务 3333端口 3.18 version （D:\arcgis_js_v415_api\3.18）
#### 5. 注意：地图服务直接用F:\shanghai 发布服务即可，远程的杭州客户的服务器不稳定
